SIDEWALK SATURDAYS MAKERS MARKET
APRIL-DECEMBER 2026
Started in 2020 to support home-based and retail small businesses through the pandemic, Sidewalk Saturdays has developed into a beloved community event embodying the Buy Local spirit. This maker’s market takes place every 2nd Saturday during the months of April-December, from 9 a.m.-2p.m., on 3rd street in Downtown Morgan Hill.

District Boundary and Assessment
The MHPBID includes parcels north of Dunne, east of Del Monte, south of Main, and west of Butterfield.
Budget and Services
The MHPBID will provide Clean and Safe programs, Capital Improvements and Art Installations, Marketing and Special Events, and related Management and Administration directly and only to assessed parcels within its boundaries.
Management District Plan
Developed by a growing coalition of property owners, the Morgan Hill Property and Business Improvement District (MHPBID) is a benefit assessment district whose main goal is to provide improvements, maintenance, and activities which constitute and convey a special benefit to assessed parcels. As required by state law, property owners have created this Management District Plan (Plan) to form the MHPBID.
